Melissa's path to wellness comes from a lifelong love for movement, competition and achieving goals. For 20 years, she's helped to impart that passion to others. From the traditional gym to large corporate wellness programs, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows her to identify client needs, understand what motivates them, and puts them in a position to succeed through a successful wellness program.
Developing an effective, well-rounded program based on individual needs is the very core of Melissa's approach. Once you know your own goals and where you want to be, Melissa is natural at mapping out the path and supporting you every step of the way. It's your journey, but you won't have to walk alone.
A healthy, active lifestyle doesn't punch the clock. Melissa makes a priority of physical activity, healthy eating and quality downtime. It's these ingredients that help balance the day-to-day, and serve as the building blocks to wellness. In her spare time, Melissa loves to be in the woods on her mountain bike, at home with a good book, or roaming the farmer's market for locally-sourced, fresh foods.
