HIIT in the Hills - Mt. Holiday

45 Minute Total Body Workout. Sessions are run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Mt Holiday. They are run in 5 week blocks which includes 2 sessions per week. We meet at the Mt. Holiday parking lot. 10% of the profits generated will go back to Mt. Holiday.

We will be offering continuing 5 week blocks as the summer progresses.

Workout will be intense but all levels welcome as modifications will be offered. There is some running intervals built into the workouts on the hills. Walking is an option. Terrain can be sandy and slightly damp - it's early, there's dew and there can even be a slight misty rain. We recommend not wearing your indoor gym shoes. Workouts will incorporate a variety of equipment and will vary each time.

Cost of the 5 week block is $75. Please no pro-rating sessions.

*In the event of heavy rain we will make up to 2 workouts per block.

Melissa Socia has 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she has a BS in Exercise Science, is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach. She's an avid mountain biker, likes to work hard, but also likes to laugh so expect to have fun and sweat
